What are my payment options?

All payments are made via credit card for Pro, Business and Agency plans.

How is the payment being processed?

We use Stripe to process your payment. We do not handle your credit card information directly.

Can I use Context for free?

Absolutely! Context is completely free to use indefinitely. The Free plan has some limitations compared to the paid plans, but you still can upload annotations in bulk and see Google Algorithm Updates and Global Holidays in your Google Analytics reports.

Do you have monthly and yearly billing options?

Yes! We offer either monthly or yearly billing options. The yearly billing option is always cheaper (usually ~12% discount). For example, the Business plan is €79 per month in the monthly option, but €70 in the yearly option.

Is there a free trial?

No, we collect payment up front. However, if you‘re not 100% satisfied, just let us know in the first 30-days for a full refund. Learn more.

Can I change my payment method?

You can change your payment method at any time in your billing settings.

What happens if my payment fails? E.g. an expired credit card.

Your account email will be notified after each failed payment. Payments may be retried up to 4 times within the next month. After this, if the payment did not succeed, you will be downgraded to the free plan.

How do I sign up?
